I got a spare MOXON here now.  The uniden handheld it was on past away last night.  sad2

It should fit onto Jennifers radio. DaVo delivery boy, icon_smurf copy.

Yerrrrrrrrr,  she doesn't sound to keen on the idea really.   I dunno, i think she can just suffer in the mud for now!!    Cant help someone that doesn't want to be helped!!  mmmm   large member

I was going though the gallery last night and stumbled
onto some of chucky's last Moxon photos



Close up of where the coax joins - gap has to be 5mm

Coax connect points don't matter much just
as long as there's a good connection.

Looks like he used rivets here.




Wider view - alloy frame with plastic cutting board cut into strips screwed in on the inside
diameter look to be all that's holding it together firmly.



Notice this alloy frame one is mounted different.
All the radiation is pointing upward.

The PVC pipe would have to held, or mounted horizontally to a mast.

Total cost would be well under $10
Build time about 30 minutes and three beers.

As long as the sizes are the same, SWR is real good on CB
